Fresh off the mill… our new season Early Harvest Unfiltered Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Fresh off the mill… our new season Early Harvest Unfiltered

Our harvest crews are out picking the first fruit of the 2024 season! Early harvest olives are typically greener, more concentrated and less juicy than olives harvested later. Our new season unfiltered blend is milled from this younger, greener and nutrient dense fruit - resulting in a more concentrated EVOO that is high in nutraceutical benefits.

Collected straight off the mill and bottled unfiltered, this potent and intensely flavourful extra virgin olive oil contains tiny, fruit molecules, brimming with active, plant-based polyphenols - proven to have antioxidant properties.

Our Grove Manager Anne said “This year’s harvest is looking and tasting fantastic. The olives have been thriving due to our long dry summer, and cooler Autumn mornings.  You really can taste the goodness”.

This limited release oil is packed with living nutrients and best used before July 2024.

What is the difference between filtered and unfiltered?

Filtered EVOOs are typically light and clear with delicate flavours and a longer shelf life – two years.

Unfiltered EVOOs are more textured, aromatic and peppery than filtered oils. They have a shorter shelf life (3 months) and a higher concentration of nutrients due to the percentage of fruit water left in the oil. So, this oil is best enjoyed ‘fast & fresh’.

To unlock the benefits of the powerful antioxidants and anti-inflammatory properties, the Australasian Olive Wellness Institute recommend 2-3 tablespoons of EVOO each day.

A delicious, healthy oil

Testing results for Allpress Early Harvest Unfiltered show a polyphenol count of 400 making it one of our healthiest ever EVOOs.

Available in 100ml, 250ml and 500ml, this EVOO is a must-try for serious foodies and those who love healthy living. This is a limited offering, only available to purchase until the end of the May. Be quick, you’re not going to want to miss this one.
